SLS Health has been continuously accredited by CARF since 1992. SLS Health was re accredited in August 2007. CARF gave SLS Health its highest level of accreditation – 3 years.
The following SLS Health programs were awarded CARF accreditation with stipulations: Case ManagementServices for adults, integrated and mental health; Community Housing for adults, integrated and mental health; Community Housing for adults, integrated and mental health; and residential Treatment for adults, integrated and mental health.
